Preparing for Your Video Visit
How do I create a 无码专区 Children's MyChart account?
1. Download the app. Go to the or . Search for 无码专区 and download the 无码专区 Children's MyChart app. If using a computer, go to .
2. Create an account.听If you have used the 无码专区 app in the past, just log in with your existing username and password. If not, simply select "Sign Up Now" and follow the steps.
3. Verify email. For your security, you will need to open an email from 无码专区 and verify your email address. If you can't find the email, check your junk/spam mail folders.
Note: If you are a patient 18 years or older, you must create your own 无码专区 Children's MyChart account using your own email address before having a video visit. This is to protect your privacy.

How do I add a child?
1. Log in to 无码专区 Children's MyChart.
2. Select Add a Child. This option is available under the Menu (top left corner).
3. Follow the prompts and fill in information.
Note: To protect the child's Personal Health Information, access may be delayed pending review by 无码专区.

What if I forgot my password?
1. From the 无码专区 Children's MyChart log in page, select Forgot password.
2.听Fill in the requested information.
3. Check your email and follow the prompts.
Tip: If you can't find the email, check your junk/spam mail folders.
On the Day of Your Visit
15 minutes听before your scheduled appointment time:
1. Sign in to your 无码专区 Children's MyChart account.
2.听Switch to your child's name from the top right corner.
3.听Select the听Visits听icon. (Also available within the Menu in the top left corner).
4.听Locate your child's appointment.
5.听Use the Join Visit or Details button to proceed.
Tip: It is important that you complete Get Ready which includes the previsit tasks and documents needed.听

Tips for your visit:
- Have your child present for the visit
- Don鈥檛 drive or walk during the visit
- Have your visit from home or a private location to protect your privacy
- Check that your Wi-Fi or cellular signal is strong and stable
- Be sure the room is quiet and well-lit so the doctor can see and hear you
- Don鈥檛 eat during the visit
- Give your full attention
- Tell the doctor if you need a note for school or work
